    • Grosvenor Britain & Ireland creates great places where communities, businesses and nature thrive. We make and manage sustainable neighbourhoods in London, including Bermondsey and the West End, as well as across the South of England.

These ambitions are guided by our Community Charter and commitment to redefining climate action in our sector.

We are one part of a global, privately-owned family business. That means we act patiently, think long-term, and give equal weight to the social and commercial impact of everything we do.

    • Since our foundation in 1958, Donald Insall Associates has pioneered the creative conservation and adaptation of historic buildings. We have worked on many of London’s most significant historic sites including Somerset House and Kew Gardens. Over the last two decades, we have also become a leading consultant providing advice on sensitive historic buildings, particularly in central London.

    • We were founded by Sir Michael and Lady Patricia Hopkins in 1976 and are now run by five principals including Jim Greaves – you can hear Jim talking about the South Molton Triangle on the project website. We work across a dynamic portfolio of projects, including university buildings, museums, offices, hotels, stadiums, hospitals, housing, research facilities and council headquarters. Our experience working in sensitive conservations areas includes Portcullis House in the World Heritage Site at Westminster and university facilities in the historic settings of Yale and Harvard.

    • We are an independent consultancy that provide design and engineering solutions to deliver more sustainable buildings. Our desire to create truly integrated sustainable solutions is underpinned by expert knowledge of building physics, engineering systems, sustainable product design and corporate sustainability drivers. We’ve worked closely with Hopkins from the outset to ensure that sustainable principles are embedded in the proposed development in line with Grosvenor’s sustainability goals.
